covid-19 protocol FOR SERVICES
With regards to COVID-19 health recommendations, HCPCC will be limiting exposure by connecting with clients by phone at this time. We are temporarily suspending normal office hours. Here are procedures we will be using through April 3.

FOR EDUCATION CLASSES:
We are blessed with online curriculum and should be able to continue prenatal, parenting, childbirth, CPS classes by phone or computer. If you are currently taking classes with HCPCC -- YOU WILL BE CONTACTED about this process and receive your links and instructions for classes. But if needed, please call 830-249-9717 to leave your message.
FOR MEDICAL SERVICES:
All medical services (pregnancy tests, STD screenings and treatment, sonograms) will be BY LIMITED APPOINTMENTS ONLY. All clients will be screened via phone and prior to entrance into the building. For medical services, please call 830-446-1262. We will remain confidential, but please leave a message as we may not have staff available to answer live. Someone will contact you back within 4-8 hours (M-F only).
FOR MATERIAL ASSISTANCE:
Clients taking classes will still be able to receive material assistance such as diapers, clothing, baby equipment, etc. Selection and hours will be limited, but please call 830-249-9717 and leave your contact information, someone will return your call within 24 hours (M-F only).
